This policy applies to information collected through the Simplton website, contact forms, embedded chat, customer communications, and Simplton tools or services where this policy is referenced. It does not replace a separate privacy notice or contract that may apply to a specific client engagement, integration, or third-party platform.
2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- create, configure, operate, support, and improve Simplton tools and services;
- prepare reports, audits, recommendations, workflows, and customer communications;
- route leads, manage customer relationships, and maintain service records;

4. AI-Assisted Features
Simplton uses AI-assisted features in certain tools and workflows. If you use AI-enabled chat, reporting, analysis, response, or lead-handling features, information you provide may be processed by technology providers that help us generate responses, analyze data, route requests, or operate those features.
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not submit information to an AI feature that you would not want processed for the purpose of providing that feature. AI output should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
5. Service Providers and Third-Party Platforms
We use service providers and third-party platforms to operate portions of the website and our services. For example, the website currently uses HighLevel/LeadConnector technology for embedded forms and chat. Depending on the service you choose, other providers may support hosting, email, telephony, AI processing, analytics, advertising, payment processing, reporting, or integrations.
We may share information with those providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services for us or for you. Their own privacy terms may also apply when you interact directly with their products or accounts.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
Our site and embedded tools may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to operate forms and chat, remember preferences, maintain security, understand site usage, and measure marketing performance. Embedded HighLevel/LeadConnector tools may set or read these technologies as part of their operation.
If we enable additional analytics or advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, we may collect related device, usage, and attribution information. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism, we will provide the required choice.
7. How We Share Information
We may disclose information:
- to vendors and service providers that help us operate the website, tools, and client services;
- to platforms you ask us to connect to or manage on your behalf;
- to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or contractors where reasonably necessary;
- when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
- to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Simplton, ASEB Consulting, our customers, or others; or
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of a business, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information for cash as a data-broker business. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly, particularly for certain advertising technologies. If our practices fall within those definitions, we will provide notices and choices required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect against fraud or abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the service involved.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in our control. No website, transmission, platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting credentials and access to accounts under your control.
10. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to us, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
To make a privacy request, use our Contact page and state that your message is a privacy request. If applicable law gives you the right to use an authorized agent, we may request information needed to verify the agent’s authority.
